Get Ready for a Rare Sky Spectacle: 7 Planets to Align in 2025! 

United States: On the evening of February 28, 2025, something amazing will actually going to happen in the night sky and there are like all the seven planets—Saturn, Mercury, Neptune, Venus, Uranus, Jupiter, and Mars and they will be lining up in a perfect row, creating a very very stunning sight which is known as a planetary alignment.  

But that’s not all. Before then, somewhere like next on the 21st of January 2025, six out of the seven other planets will appear side by side in large formation in the night sky, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Venus, and Saturn but not Mercury. 

As reported by the Sciencealert.com, it is also true that at times, one or two planets are on one side of the Sun while other planets are on the other side, but it’s rare to have most, or even all of the planets in alignment. 

As reported by the Sciencealert.com, an alignment can refer to three planets, four planets, up to five, six, seven or eight planets aligning. Five or six planets congregation is called a big alignment with five body alignment more common than the six-body alignment. 

Seventh GUAs are, of course, even more rare, similar to Great Venusian alignments, as they involve seven planets

These alignments are not the straight lines you get when the different planets are shown in diagrams and illustrations on the Solar System. That is not something that can be done in reality in the real Universe people wish, alas. Notwithstanding, the planet bodies do seem to align in what can be best described as an agreeable line. 

This is because all the planets of the solar system incline in a flat surface commonly known as the ecliptic. Some of the planets orbit slightly above or below this plane, but they are all in, or slightly above or below this level like tracks on a record due to the way stars such as the Sun form. 

A baby star in a cloud of material begins to spin; the material which here accumulates into a flattish structure which is actually around the baby star, forming a structure that feeds into the star around its middle. 

Planets are created from what is left of the disk and if no other gravitational forces interfere with this position, will remain in that level position orbiting around the star. 

Sometimes planets remain in the same direction as they go around their path, so they are visible from the sky at the same time.
